Sales Representative III

Job Description:
Sales Representatives are responsible for making outbound sales calls to client's prospects, and using solution selling techniques to close the sale and guide them through the purchasing process.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound sales calls and take inbound call backs from business prospects/customers
  • Manage assigned account list.
  • Conduct needs-based selling by using non-scripted probing techniques to determine customer needs and to offer the most appropriate product or service to address their needs.
  • Ability to multitask (Able to navigate numerous applications and decipher information while holding a detailed conversation with your customer)
  • Ability to be proactive and anticipate additional customer needs
  • Extensive customer interaction/soft skill experience, with emphasis on solution selling
  • Ability to develop customer rapport and relationship management
  • Thorough knowledge of client products, services, and systems
  • Excellent computer navigation skills
  • Excellent communication skills and excellent attention to details

Requirements of position include:
  • Previous sales experience is strongly preferred.
  • Computer skills, including experience operating within a Windows environment Internet navigation skills
  • Knowledge of basic computer operations and software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint Outlook
  • Ability to multi-task at a computer while talking to a customer over the telephone
  • Ability to communicate in a clear and effective manner, both verbally and in writing

Education & Professional Certifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • College Degree preferred
